Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cktk website and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, promotional offers, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and cktk. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the cktk Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
cktk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 1. Eligibility
Age Restriction
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with cktk and to access or use any service offered on the Platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. cktk may require you to provide documentary evidence of your age at any time. If it is established that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and any winnings will be voided. cktk takes its age-verification obligations seriously and will cooperate with any investigation into underage gambling.
Geographic Eligibility
cktk is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the cktk Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cktk makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and may be blocked or have their accounts closed at cktk's discretion.
Capacity to Enter Agreement
By registering with cktk, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person or entity, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you are not currently self-excluded from any gambling service. You also confirm that the funds you use to deposit and wager on cktk are not derived from any illegal or unlawful activity.
2. Account Registration & Security
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active account with cktk. If cktk detects that a Player has created more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Players discovered operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse will be permanently banned from the Platform.
Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your cktk account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account information promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings held in the account.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cktk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cktk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact cktk support immediately. cktk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
cktk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods available at the time of your transaction will be displayed in your account dashboard. cktk reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering protocols.
Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit at cktk is ৳100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. cktk reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion, including in circumstances where enhanced due diligence is required under its anti-money-laundering procedures.
Withdrawal Processing
cktk aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours at Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required, during peak periods, or due to factors outside of cktk's direct control such as delays by payment processors. cktk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers once the withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the cktk system. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have passed identity verification (KYC).
No Hidden Transaction Fees
cktk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own charges. cktk has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by cktk are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. General principles that apply to all bonuses include: (a) bonuses are available to eligible registered players only; (b) bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to other accounts; (c) cktk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time at its sole discretion; (d) in the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, cktk's decision is final.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by cktk are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each bonus will be stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from the account automatically.
Bonus Abuse
cktk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and exploiting technical errors or system faults to claim credits not legitimately earned. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus voided, any associated winnings confiscated, and their account permanently suspended. cktk's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
5. Gameplay & Fair Play
Game Integrity
All casino games available on the cktk Platform are supplied by certified third-party providers and use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by cktk or any third party in a manner that would disadvantage the Player. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, cktk reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wager placed during that round to the Player's account. cktk is not liable for losses arising from technical issues caused by the Player's own device, internet connection, or software.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cktk Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action: (a) use of software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage; (b) collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in betting or casino games; (c) exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors; (d) any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity fraud; (e) harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at cktk staff or other players via any communication channel.
Sports Betting Rules
All sports betting markets on cktk, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments) are subject to the individual market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that market. cktk reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or adjust odds at any time if there is evidence of irregular activity, match manipulation, or data feed errors.
6. Responsible Gaming
Player Protection Tools
cktk provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: (a) Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to restrict the amount they can deposit within a defined period; (b) Session Time Reminders — Players may set time alerts that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session; (c) Cooling-Off Period — Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing; (d) Self-Exclusion — Players may request indefinite self-exclusion from the cktk Platform. All self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Problem Gambling
cktk strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and to seek help if gambling is causing financial, emotional, or personal difficulties. Gaming on cktk is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. cktk does not condone gambling as a means of generating income or recovering losses. 7. Account Suspension & Termination
Grounds for Suspension
cktk reserves the right to suspend or close any player account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering; (c) provision of false or misleading registration information; (d) multiple account creation; (e) collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software; (f) abusive or threatening behaviour towards cktk staff or other players; (g) any other conduct that cktk determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.
Effect of Account Closure
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at cktk's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request (voluntary closure), any eligible real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. cktk will retain transaction records in accordance with its data retention policy and applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
cktk endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside of cktk's reasonable control (including internet outages, government actions, or natural disasters) may cause temporary unavailability. cktk shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from Platform downtime or unavailability.
Limitation of Financial Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cktk's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cktk shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if cktk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Amendments to These Terms
Right to Amend
cktk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cktk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Language
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail and be the authoritative reference. All formal communications between Players and cktk regarding account matters, disputes, or legal notices shall be conducted in English.
